We seek Team Leads Coach | Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services [PPPL0010009] candidates with relevant Energy & Scientific Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy & Scientific Research Sector Clients such as PPPL. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Team Leads Coach [Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services] in the Energy & Scientific Research Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) | Princeton University under Princeton's Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-09CH11466 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Generally Located In CONUS/Remote: Princeton, New Jersey, USA and across the Northeastern United States (Mid-Atlantic) Region (Of Country/World).

Team Optimization / Leadership Coaching helps leading organizations Develop resilient, high-performing teams by elevating team leaders' capabilities in alignment with organizational mission and team dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Team Leads Coach | Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services [PPPL0010009]

Coach team leads on communication, collaboration, and goal-setting; assess team dynamics; support leadership pipeline development. Identify baseline performance by requesting that key stakeholders provide specific input on the client's leadership skills and the existing challenges faced in that role. This will be done through confidential one on one interviews where the executive coach will Probe to learn how success will be measured and what specifically each of the stakeholders sees as the client's top priorities.

Identify areas for skills development.

Build a development plan that will serve as a roadmap for the client to successfully identify business priorities, develop critical thinking skills, increase self-awareness, and build effective, collaborative working relationships with peers, direct reports, stakeholders and executives at PPPL.

Explore experiences that may challenge the client's comfort level, as well as analyzing potential internal or external obstacles to promote a high degree of growth. Provide support to the client to overcome obstacles and discomfort inherent to the development process while opening the clients' awareness.

Measure and report results shall have metrics related to behavioral changes, goal achievement, and business impact. The capabilities to provide feedback collection, tracking key performance indicators, and analyzing the return on investment of the coaching program. This should include:

-- Improved leadership skills

-- Confidence and presence

-- Achievement of "stretch" goals, and business results

-- Improved ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate for results

-- Greater voice and visibility

-- Enhanced authority and credibility

-- Enhanced organizational awareness and ease with navigating politics.

-- Completed development plan with close-out assessment report from coach.

Qualifications

5+ years coaching or team development experience; training in leadership models or team coaching frameworks.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus; experience working with technical or interdisciplinary teams.

        Processes For Coach/Client Session Feedback:  Client Sponsors will conduct an assessment with the clients to solicit feedback on the client experience at the beginning of the coaching session and quarterly thereafter.  Evaluation by HR Timing Format (paper, electronic, verbal) Completed:  1) Client & Coach Introduction (goals, expectations defined).  After initial meeting with Coach, 2) Client Survey (status of coaching program) Quarterly Assessment (90, 180 270, etc. days)

        Tailors coaching to team context within high-stakes environments.

Other Details

Focus on group coaching and scalable leadership capacity-building.

One-on-one Coaching Progress - The proposed coaching services should continuously measure progress against the coaching goals, roadmap, and from data gathered from sessions.

The proposed coaching services shall be conducted as follows:

-- Coaching will be conducted using any existing assessments, performance reviews, and other relevant documentation.

-- The executive coach will conduct 30-60-minute confidential interviews with at least four (4) key stakeholders. Depending on the individual, there may be more stakeholders interviewed.

-- Coaching will be conducted via in-person interviews or other forms of telecommunication (such as remote or phone call) as requested.

-- Calls will be scheduled for one hour or longer around milestone events such as feedback sessions, business planning, team reviews.

-- Email communication and ad-hoc calls will be unlimited.
