Our mission is simple: help athletes find the right college fitathletically, academically, and personally.
Role Overview: Volleyball Scout
NSR is seeking a Volleyball Scout with collegiate playing or coaching experience who understands the demands of the game and the realities of college recruiting. This role blends on-court evaluation, relationship-building, and consultative guidance for volleyball athletes and their families.
You will serve as a trusted resource in your territoryidentifying talent, educating families, and helping athletes navigate their recruiting journey while representing one of the most recognized brands in college scouting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate prospective softball student-athletes at showcases, tournaments, and local events
  • Conduct interviews with athletes and families to assess athletic, academic, and recruiting readiness
  • Enroll qualified athletes into appropriate NSR recruiting programs
  • Build relationships with high school and club coaches, trainers, and volleyball organizations
  • Collaborate with NSRs internal recruiting and evaluation teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports within NSR systems
  • Represent NSR professionally at events and in the community
