Champion Windows - Senior Field Marketer (Events and Canvassing)

Are you an energetic and positive individual with a passion for engaging with people and promoting high-quality home products? We are looking for a dedicated part-time Sr. Field Marketer to join our team! In this role, you'll be crucial in scheduling appointments, representing Champion Windows and Home Exteriors at various events, and ensuring the success of our field marketing efforts.

Hourly Base Pay:  $18.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

Research and Planning: Map out areas for effective outreach and assess staffing needs. Create and manage schedules for Field Marketers. Research events throughout the area.

Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers. Supervise their field activities and address any performance issues.

Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all appointments obtained by Field Marketers are accurate and complete. Adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to answer customer questions and demonstrate our offerings at events.

Client Engagement: Approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.

Appointment Scheduling: Set up in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.

Event Support: Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.

Culture: Help contribute and foster a positive company culture.

Technology Use: Utilize various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking.

Qualifications

1-3 Years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a proven track record in prospect engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (must have valid driver's license)

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure.  High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $18-$21 an hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above.  Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
