As a Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers, you’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team that believes in making a difference for our clients and our communities. The Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers plays a key role in supporting business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support. This position serves as a trusted resource for developing and producing high-quality proposals, managing marketing data and resources, supporting client relationship initiatives, and coordinating internal and external communications.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and business development, with knowledge of industry concepts, strategies, and best practices. They are organized, efficient, and collaborative, with experience managing proposals, maintaining data integrity, and balancing multiple priorities while contributing to the firm's growth and client success. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
  • 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs.
  • Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
