Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions, including clinical notes and progress reports, ensuring information is up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
• Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare providers about patient progress, concerns, and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to create discharge plans, confirming a seamless transition for clients into follow-up care.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness of mental health issues and providing educational resources to the public.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served at Set Right Behavioral Healthcare encompasses a wide demographic, including adolescents and adults grappling with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating strong counseling and crisis intervention skills.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical records (EMR), word processing, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to work independently and self-manage workloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

Experience providing therapy in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a passion for continuous professional development will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits

Set Right Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year. Employees can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, generous paid time off, and potential profit-sharing opportunities.
