The position is provides event support for internal and external clients on the Mount Vernon Campus. Event support includes basic scheduling, event planning, AV support, and facility management responsibilities as needed. Student staff will also help with MVC Student Life events including social media engagement and graphics. Shifts are available 7 days a week. 
Standard Position Description
The student will perform basic administrative and logistical tasks supporting events. Tasks may include: event registration and check in, guest/patron services, scheduling of events, assisting with event set up and take down, participate in the creation and/or distribution of event materials. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.

This is an entry level position, little to no experience required, all training will be provided.
