Our client, a top-tier national law firm has a need for an experienced Marketing and Events Manager, fully remote engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected firm on sophisticated conflicts and intake matters in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Events Planner
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Events Planner to lead the execution of high-impact client and firm events that support business development and brand strategy.
What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute virtual, in-person, and hybrid events from start to finish
  • Manage client seminars, CLE programs, conferences, and networking events
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, and travel
  • Partner with attorneys and business development teams to shape event strategy
  • Manage registrations and communications using platforms like Cvent and CRM tools
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and deliver post-event reporting and insights

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of event planning experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
