Job description

Tri Delta is seeking aย Director of Chapter Supportย to champion project execution while leading the collegiate chapter support team in the aspects of risk management, membership, and finance. This role will enhance the collegiate member experience through strategic thinking on organizational practices; support leadership development and educational programming; analyze membership trends; foster strong cross-team collaboration and serve as a key resource for volunteers, advisors, and university partners.

Theย ideal candidateย will combine their commitment to member-based organizations with their project management and communication skills to provide effective leadership for the success of Tri Deltaโ€™s collegiate chapters.

The role isย remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:ย 

Chapter Support & Issue Resolutionย 

  • Provide oversight to collegiate chapter support and support managers toย assistย chapters, volunteers, advisors, and CDCs with targeted support for critical chapters.ย 

  • Direct communication to achieve cross-collaboration between staff and volunteer teams in the effort to strengthen collegiate chapters.ย 

  • Serve as primary contact for Collegiate Chapter and Panhellenic Coordinators and escalated collegiate chapter issues.ย 

  • Support managers in resolving issues related to risk, membership, operations, and finance.ย 

  • Collaborate with university administrators and conduct offices on crisis response and incident resolution.ย 

  • Visit chapters as needed and stay informed on university-specific standards and trendsย impactingย Greek life.ย 

Volunteer & Stakeholder Collaborationย 

  • Collaborate with Member Support to align volunteer resources with collegiate chapter needs.ย 

  • Act as liaison to host universities and chapter support volunteers; cascade relevant higher education trends.ย 

  • Promote strong service relationships with chapters, volunteers, and members.ย 

ย Educational Development & Trainingย 

  • Support learning development initiatives for collegiate officers and chapter operations; via events, virtual educationย modulesย and resource development.ย 

  • Support event planning and related educational programming (e.g., CLC, VLC, Convention) in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Engagement, Events)ย 

  • Connect policy adherence and development to collegiate chapter management and support annual evaluation processes to align governance with operations.ย 

Strategic Planning & Innovationย 

  • Analyze resignation and collegiate experience data trends and collaborate on interventions.ย 

  • Contribute to strategic thinking around evolving membership models and organizational practices.ย

Education:ย ย 

Bachelorโ€™s degree in:ย Higher Education Administration, Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit Management,ย Communicationsย or a related fieldย

  • Experience working in:ย Greek-letter organizationsย or similar membership-based communities;ย Cross-functional leadership and strategic planningย 

  • Demonstrated success in: Leading and developing a staff team; Managing complex member issues; Leading educational initiatives and chapter support programs; Building collaborative relationships with institutions and volunteers; Supporting stakeholder relationshipsย
