Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment, possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring executives operate efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel, and supporting special projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
