You will primarily operate within a state-of-the-art remote setting tailored for a school environment, leveraging the latest technology in telehealth to engage with students effectively. As an LCSW, your role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities that are integral to the mental health support of our clients. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices. Your assessments will serve as the foundation for targeted interventions.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your methods to fit the unique requirements and preferences of each student.
• Monitor and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant mental health regulations, which is vital for effective case management and legal accountability.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations with school staff and external mental health professionals to provide holistic care for students, guiding a coordinated approach to treatment.

Your client focus will primarily be on students ranging from elementary to high school, dealing with various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, indicating a strong foundation in social work principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
