We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for data quality and CRM professionals experienced in reviewing CRM datasets, data hygiene materials, customer data workflows, spreadsheets, slide decks, reporting files, field mapping, deduplication, segmentation, and presentation-ready business artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on CRM data quality artifact review, customer data evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

CRM Data Quality Artifact Review

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving CRM data quality, customer records, field structure, deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and reporting
  • Review CRM-related materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
  • Assess whether data quality recommendations are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the stated business context
  • Identify inaccurate assumptions, unclear field logic, incomplete data hygiene guidance, weak segmentation, or poor linkage between data and recommendations
Customer Data & Reporting Evaluation
  • Review materials involving CRM record health, pipeline reporting, lifecycle stages, account and contact data, lead routing, customer segmentation, and dashboard inputs
  • Assess data validation logic, field mapping, naming conventions, record completeness, deduplication rules, and reporting consistency
  • Evaluate whether CRM guidance supports reliable reporting, better data hygiene, and clearer customer insights
  • Provide clear written feedback that improves CRM data quality and artifact usefulness
Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
  • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data quality, CRM administration, customer data management, CRM analytics, revenue systems, sales systems, marketing systems, reporting, or related work
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
  • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback

Educational Background
