About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our expanding Pavement Engineering practice. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in pavement engineering. You will gain exposure to all phases of pavement projects โ€” from data collection and evaluation to design and reporting โ€” while working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist with pavement fieldwork operations, including data collection and survey activities.
  • Support the analysis of pavement performance data (e.g., GPR, FWD, and distress surveys).
  • Help develop pavement design recommendations using industry-standard methods and software.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior staff and project managers on pavement evaluation, design, and management projects.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
  • M.S. in Pavement Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong interest in pavement, transportation, or geotechnical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good technical writing skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  • Previous internships, co-op, or coursework related to pavement engineering is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork as needed.
Salary: $75,000/yr - $90,000/yr, depending on experience, credentials, including years of similar work experience.
