Heartful Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team based in Salem, Oregon. In this vital full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals in a detox center setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and well-being while addressing psychosocial challenges.

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing your caseload effectively. Our flexible hours are structured to support patient needs, with standard operations occurring Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. As part of a supportive remote team, you will utilize digital tools and telehealth platforms to connect with patients and colleagues.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through both patient and family interviews to identify needs and establish treatment goals.
• Document and track client progress meticulously based on objectives set in individualized treatment plans, ensuring updates are shared with the care team.
• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies for clients at risk, working proactively to prevent the escalation of symptoms.
• Analyze assessment data and collaborate with other care professionals to craft cohesive care plans that address the multifaceted challenges faced by clients.
• Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes recovery and resilience.
• Stay current on best practices and changes in mental health standards and regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality care.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals undergoing detoxification and early stages of rehabilitation. These patients may present with complex mental health needs, including co-occurring disorders. Your role will be pivotal in addressing both their emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring that they receive holistic care that facilitates their recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
• A commitment to upholding the ethical standards and values of the social work profession.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical social work role, preferably working with patients in substance use treatment or recovery settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health records (EHR) systems for effective patient management.
• Experience in crisis intervention and treatment of co-occurring disorders.
