Overview

CTG is seeking experienced Epic Conversion Analysts.

Location: Remote
Duration: through May 2027

We are seeking experienced Epic Conversion Analysts to oversee and execute the data conversion and migration strategy for the Epic expansion and deployment. This role ensures that legacy data from multiple systems is accurately and efficiently migrated into Epic, supporting a seamless transition for clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epic conversion tools, data mapping, and healthcare data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Epic data conversions for new deployments and system expansions.
  • Manage and oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into Epic.
  • Collaborate with Epic analysts, project managers, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders to define conversion requirements and data validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain conversion project plans, timelines, and issue tracking to ensure accurate and timely data migration.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and mitigate conversion risks, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on conversion processes and best practices.
  • Support post-go-live data cleanup, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Background in settings that prioritize behavioral health as a core component of patient care is strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
