Job description

We are seeking a skilled Epic Community Connect Analyst with a strong background in EpicCare Ambulatory build, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical Epic skills and clinical workflow understanding, with a proactive approach and strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory within the Epic Community Connect environment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications.
  • Develop and support reports, dashboards, and SlicerDicer tools to meet clinical and operational needs.
  • Assess and manage user security roles and permissions based on clinical workflows.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking, incident management, and change control.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Independently manage tasks and take initiative in identifying and solving system-related issues.
Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of Epic Community Connect EpicCare Ambulatory build experience

  • 2+ years of Epic implementation and support experience
  • Knowledge of Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Dashboards

  • Understanding of security assessment and end-user role design

  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
Required Certifications:

  • EpicCare Ambulatory

  • Analysis of Clinical Tools and Reporting Badge

  • Healthy Planet & Registries

  • Regulatory Reporting (MIPS) Badges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical background such as Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
