This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a full-time caseload. • Collaborate with medical and support staff to diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders efficiently. This includes attending virtual team meetings to discuss complex cases and assess treatment progress.
• Develop and write comprehensive clinical reports and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, following standard practice guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, progress monitoring, and adherence to ethical standards, while utilizing an efficient electronic medical record system.
• Effectively communicate with patients and care teams, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment and recommendations for integrated care.
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal and substance abuse history when warranted, and evaluate suicide risk with attention to clinical precision.
• Provide crisis intervention, emergency consultations, and therapeutic counseling, capable of performing these tasks in diverse environments through virtual platforms.

Your primary focus will be working with mothers and other underrepresented groups, recognizing the unique challenges they face, such as socioeconomic factors affecting mental health. You will deliver culturally sensitive care, providing a safe space for clients to explore their mental and emotional health. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and empowering clients to reach their therapeutic goals.

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
• An independent license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and digital communication tools to enhance patient engagement and care management.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments, community outreach, and addressing substance abuse issues, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, merging mental health and substance use treatment for comprehensive care.
• Ability to manage a large caseload while interfacing with various providers and support staff effectively.
• A deep passion for impacting lives positively through behavioral health care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 yearly, reflecting your experience and expertise.
