Job description

Wage/Salary: The internship is unpaid, For those seeking college credit, please seek guidance from your school to ensure this internship meets requirements. This internship is generally geared toward college students.
Teams: Interns will be placed within the following departments, Marketing, Festivals and Fairs, Roster Operations, Degy Impact, CPSE (Corporate, Private and Special Events) Booking and Sales, or Business Development.
This will be the main day-to-day responsibility and where most deadlines and assignments will come from. Department assignments are made one week from the start date.
Booking & Sales Team: On this team, you will be placed with one of our senior agents and their assistants based
on areas of interest. Through lead generation and market research, you will learn how to develop different
sectors of Degy, build brand awareness, enhance your customer service and sales skills, and learn more about
entertainment booking. From roster acts to major talent, you will gain a better understanding of the show
process from conception to execution. This includes Fairs and Festivals, CPSE, and other markets.
Marketing Team: Our marketing team consists of a strategic, creative, and analytical perspective
where you will focus on marketing strategies and creative branding, with specific areas of interest that include
Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Website Optimization, SEO Strategies, Google
Analytics, and the overall Marketing & Advertising of Degy Entertainment and the overall Marketing &
Advertising of Degy's Family of Companies.
Business Development: This dynamic team is dedicated to strategizing and executing special projects assigned by
the CEO, focusing on developing new business lines and completing projects from inception to conclusion. You
will engage with various stakeholders and collaborate on projects such as Degy Concepts Operations & Logistics,
online ticketing solutions, and promotional products business development. This role offers a unique
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales collateral concepts, concept creation, event logistics and
marketing, manage RFP processes, and support the creation of marketing materials and basic web design. This includes Roster Operations, Degy Impact, Special Projects.
Requirements
This is a fully remote program, so a reliable computer and internet connection is a must
