Administrative Assistant – Entertainment Business Management

Century City | 5 Days In Office | Up to $70K + Full Benefits

A growing entertainment-focused Business Management firm in Century City is looking for a polished, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced professional environment and wants to gain valuable exposure to the business side of the entertainment industry.


In this role, you’ll work closely with and provide day-to-day support to the Director of Operations, helping keep the office, administrative functions, and internal operations running smoothly.


The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be joining a growing firm where your contributions will be visible and valued.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Operations
  • Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal meetings and assist with meeting preparation
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general office communications
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with office operations, supplies, vendors, and administrative projects
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks
  • Help coordinate employee and office-related activities
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Entertainment, talent, business management, accounting, or professional services experience is a plus
