Job description


Business Management Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients to manage their business functions and provide them with
  • effective, efficient solutions
  • Financial reporting functions including monthly cash flows, contract analysis, and
  • supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements
  • Prepare client meeting packages regarding financial projections, financial investments,
  • contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters
  • Manage employees to ensure they are accomplishing objectives and meeting
  • productivity standards
  • Interview and oversee the onboarding and training for new staff
  • Assist with tax projections and year-end
  • Recruit and meet with prospective clients

Qualification requirements:
  • 5+ years of business management experience within the entertainment industry and/or with high net worth clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record for managing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Portable book of business highly desirable
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, DataFaction/AgilLink, and QuickBooks
