These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies
Job Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator is the platform steward for the ARES Salesforce environment. This role manages Permission Set Group assignments, org-level configuration, environment administration, user provisioning during UAT, and platform health monitoring. The admin serves multiple development teams as a shared resource and is the primary interface to the Government platform team for environment provisioning and platform support escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the Salesforce Government Cloud Plus Defense org: user accounts, Permission Set Group assignments, and sandbox management across development, integration, and promoted environments
  • Configure and maintain the user personal PSG definitions in alignment with the OWD sharing model
  • Provision Government-directed user accounts with correct PSG assignments for sprint reviews and test sessions
  • Monitor org health: Storage utilization, API call limits, BRE invocation counts, async job queues, and Salesforce governor limit headroom
  • Support the data integration team with data loader operations and bulk data jobs during integration/migration events
  • Maintain the Salesforce Setup audit trail and respond to Security Engineer and DevSecOps Engineer requests for configuration evidence
  • Evaluate Persona data visibility and security settings against defined customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience administering Salesforce Government Cloud or comparable FedRAMP-authorized Salesforce environment
  • Proficiency configuring Permission Set Groups, OWD settings, sharing rules, and role hierarchy
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing with multiple concurrent user cohorts in a Salesforce environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Familiarity with Flosum sandbox management and branch environment lifecycle
