Job Title: Senior System Administrator
(US-Based)
Location: United States (Remote)
Experience: 8-12+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to lead L2/L3 support for business-critical
applications, enterprise SaaS platforms, and AWS environments. This role requires strong
expertise in Identity & Access Management, ITSM operations, SaaS administration, and cloud
support.
You will serve as a senior escalation point, ensuring system stability, security, compliance, and
operational excellence across production environments while collaborating with Engineering,
DevOps, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own L2/L3 support for production and non-production applications
• Act as escalation point for complex access, performance, and integration issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes
• Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365,
ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Slack, Zoom, HRIS, and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Lead Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation, least-privilege
enforcement)
• Manage incidents, SLAs, monitoring, and documentation within ITSM tools
• Support AWS environments (EC2, IAM, security groups, storage) and Docker-based
applications
• Drive automation for onboarding/offboarding and access workflows
• Support security audits and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
Required Qualifications
• 8-12+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Senior IT Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Google Workspace,
Microsoft 365, AWS, and Docker
• Experience supporting production SaaS and cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
