  • Deliver outpatient psychotherapy across various modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, aiming to improve client outcomes and quality of life.
  • Engage in regular staff conferences to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make adjustments as necessary based on each client's progress.
  • Collaborate closely with physician colleagues to assess clients for psychotropic medication interventions within your scope of practice, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach.
  • Supervise post-master's fellows and associate counselors when needed, providing mentorship and guidance that aids their professional development.
