Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating proficiency in overcoming therapeutic challenges.
• A genuine passion for practicing client-centered care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

While the required experience is a minimum of two years, candidates with additional knowledge or training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy will be highly valued. Experience in building collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
