Empathy Therapy is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnostic criteria are met.
  • Develop, implement, and review evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals and track their progress effectively.
  • Provide individual counseling, couples therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions to diverse populations, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
  • Document and maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of client privacy.
  • Participate in professional development, including clinical supervision meetings and case conferences, to enhance skills and share best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma-related issues, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with evidence-based therapeutic methods applicable to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
