Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs upon intake and throughout their treatment journey.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each clientโ€™s specific goals and circumstances.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a secure environment for sensitive information.
