Empathy Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing for a balanced approach between personal and professional commitments. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs upon intake and throughout their treatment journey.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a secure environment for sensitive information.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, ongoing training, and case conference meetings to enhance professional skills and improve client outcomes.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage with a diverse array of clients struggling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Our clientele includes individuals from different cultural backgrounds supported through individual and group therapy sessions, allowing you to make a tangible difference in their lives.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record of conducting effective individual and group therapy sessions within a mental health context.
• Expertise in applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques that successfully address various mental health disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client demographic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities necessary for documentation and client interaction.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and the confidentiality of client records.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health counseling.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with treatment protocols addressing addiction, trauma-informed care, and other complex mental health needs.

Empathy Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
