As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ripple Embrace Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals and couples.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing relational conflicts, communication barriers, and emotional disconnects.
• Provide supportive counseling on mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving interpersonal dynamics, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment for patients.
• Document progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, facing a variety of challenges such as:
- Alcohol and substance abuse
- Grief and loss
- Historical and present-day trauma
- Family conflicts and communication difficulties
- Divorce and separation adjustment issues
- Blended family dynamics
Through meaningful engagement and tailored interventions, you will empower clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position should possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Florida.
• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of family systems theory and therapeutic methodologies appropriate for varying client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
