Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in our outpatient office, designed with modern aesthetics and equipped with the latest digital technology to facilitate effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ripple Embrace Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage with couples in joint sessions and provide individual therapy as needed, focusing on a holistic approach to family dynamics.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues including conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, job stress, communication difficulties, and navigating complex family structures such as blended families.
• Document clinical progress and client interactions while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and applicable regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and foster continued professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The typical client population you will work with includes adults, children, and adolescents experiencing a range of challenges related to family dynamics, substance abuse, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will entail working closely with families to navigate through difficulties such as separation and divorce, adjustment disorders, mother-daughter conflicts, and the impact of medical issues on familial relationships. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, we prefer candidates who have:

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in the contexts of outpatient therapy and family systems.
• A proven track record of patient-centered care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Flexibility to maintain a caseload of 30 hours or more per week, providing both telehealth and in-person client services.

Compensation and Benefits

Ripple Embrace Wellness values its therapists and offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to above-market compensation, therapists enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
