This is a remote position that offers flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. You will work in a setting that harnesses modern technology, supporting a seamless and efficient experience in delivering care. Your typical workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to establish a balanced work-life routine.

• Conduct thorough intakes and psychological assessments to understand clients’ needs, using evidence-based tools to inform your evaluations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health concerns using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, guiding clients through discussions and exercises that promote healing and self-discovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring coordination of care that meets the holistic needs of your clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in training and workshops to stay current on the latest therapeutic approaches.
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance clinical practices and contribute to the overall improvement of mental health services within the organization.

Our clients range from children to adults experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is pivotal in crafting safe spaces for individuals to explore their feelings and struggles while developing coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another closely related field from an accredited university is required.
• An active and valid state-specific license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory to practice as a mental health counselor.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with individuals grappling with emotional and psychiatric challenges is essential for this role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly preferred to streamline documentation and case management.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be beneficial in diversifying the treatment options available to clients.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
