• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health by evaluating the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, identifying underlying issues, and formulating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their specific goals and preferences to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health conditions.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a conducive space for dialogue and healing, while utilizing specialized techniques that facilitate client engagement.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, enhancing understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving client needs and circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to each client’s treatment plan.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder interventions to continuously refine and enhance therapeutic strategies.

Your primary focus will be on diverse clientele experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and various relationship difficulties. You will work closely with clients undergoing life transitions, whom seek coping strategies and healing. Your ability to develop a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential, creating a space for clients to share their personal experiences and trajectories toward recovery.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive environment for discussions.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' struggles are crucial for effective therapeutic practice.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting is advantageous, as it requires adaptability to virtual platforms for effective client engagement.
• Prior experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those facing anxiety, trauma, or relational difficulties will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration across health disciplines is preferred.
