• Maintain and organize email databases ranging from 20k-200k+ contacts
• Segment audiences by lifecycle stage, engagement level, persona, geography, and behavioral data
• Clean and maintain healthy email lists by removing inactive users, hard bounces, spam traps, and duplicates
• Improve personalization strategies to increase engagement and conversion performance

• Test workflow logic and trigger conditions to ensure campaigns function correctly
• Continuously optimize automation flows to improve conversion rates and engagement

• Troubleshoot deliverability issues using tools such as Litmus, GlockApps, or Postmark
Performance Optimization & Reporting
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, send times, layouts, and messaging
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates
• Build dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Looker, or ESP analytics tools
• Present findings, recommendations, and optimization strategies to leadership and stakeholders
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
• Strong balance between creative marketing and analytical thinking
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail
• Technically capable of managing ESP configurations and deliverability troubleshooting
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, automations, and reporting cycles simultaneously

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
• Experience tracking and analyzing email campaign performance metrics
Preferred Experience & Skills
• Experience managing email programs for 50k+ contacts
• Familiarity with deliverability and inbox placement tools (Litmus, GlockApps, Postmark)
• Experience integrating ESPs with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or professional services industries
