How do part-time remote construction professionals typically collaborate with on-site teams to ensure project progress?

Part-time remote construction professionals often use digital tools like video conferencing, project management software, and shared documents to stay connected with on-site teams. Regular virtual meetings and clear documentation help ensure everyone is aligned on project milestones and any changes.
