As a remote therapist, you will have the advantage of working from the comfort of your own space while engaging with clients through a secure and user-friendly telehealth platform. You will experience minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on your clients and their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances and goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions, showcasing your expertise and compassion in navigating complex mental health issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, leveraging your group facilitation skills to promote healing and sharing among clients.
• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to maintain accurate documentation and progress notes regarding patient care.
• Exercise sound judgment to make critical decisions regarding client care and therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and networking with like-minded professionals to continually enhance your therapeutic techniques and knowledge.

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. This role requires a deep understanding of the 12-step recovery process and the ability to lead supportive group discussions. Your impactful work will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve personal milestones in their recovery journey.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records and efficient email communication skills.
• A strong passion for impacting individuals’ lives and contributing to the evolving landscape of mental healthcare.
• Ability to manage a sizable caseload while effectively interfacing with larger support systems and ancillary healthcare personnel.

• Experience in managing diverse caseloads and multifaceted client needs.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support networks beneficial for client engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide robust benefits including:
