This position offers a 100% remote work environment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to operate from your home while engaging with clients through secure video chat platforms. • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat to support them in improving their mental health.
• Guide clients in exploring and expressing their emotions and experiences, promoting self-insight and better interpersonal relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them establish and pursue specific therapeutic goals that are aligned with their personal aspirations.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, crafting individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based methodologies.

As a counselor with Silver Way Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a pre-screened client base that consists of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. This ensures that you will engage with clients who are ready to work towards their mental wellness without the complications of extreme conditions. We prioritize matching counselors with clients whose needs align with their specialties and demographic preferences to enhance the therapeutic relationship.

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure to practice independently, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong ability to conduct professional evaluations, make informed treatment recommendations, and develop actionable therapy plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a genuine, sympathetic approach to counseling.
• Competence in utilizing technology for remote counseling and administrative tasks.

While the qualifications above are required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms will have an advantage. Experience working with adult clients in a range of mental health capacities will also be beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors are offered a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and well-being. We provide weekly direct deposits for your salary, ensuring financial stability and timely payments.
