• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, allowing clients to discuss their mental health concerns and develop coping strategies.
• Facilitate open conversations around emotions and experiences, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them identify personal goals and navigate the therapeutic process effectively.
• Assess clients’ mental health status, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and utilize solution-focused techniques based on clinical best practices.
• Maintain thorough but concise documentation of sessions and treatment progress, ensuring minimal paperwork while meeting legal and ethical standards.

Our primary clientele consists of carefully screened, stable adults dealing with low-acuity mental health issues. By focusing on this demographic, our therapists can provide targeted support that emphasizes stabilization, personal growth, and resilience. You will help clients address challenges such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, guiding them towards emotional well-being and improved interpersonal connections.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Oregon; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions effectively, as well as develop and implement appropriate treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and strong communication.
• Proficient computer skills, with an ability to navigate therapy platforms and patient management systems efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy or digital health platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior work with diverse populations and a strong understanding of culturally competent practices.
• A record of utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches in clinical practice.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked.
