• Provide professional counseling services to clients via video chat, focusing on emotional and mental health issues.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a safe, judgment-free environment.
• Conduct assessments and identify clients' mental health issues through effective conversation and observation.
• Assist clients in setting therapeutic goals, developing actionable plans, and nurturing insights into their behaviors and emotions.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking treatment for various emotional and mental health concerns. All clients are carefully screened prior to booking sessions to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling, allowing for an environment conducive to effective healing and personal growth. This position presents the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships based on respect, empathy, and evidence-based approaches.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. You must possess a valid, independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Your credentials should demonstrate extensive training in mental health counseling, and you must also have a strong foundation in interpersonal skills and empathy to effectively support clients in their healing process.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote therapy environment is advantageous.
