Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular video counseling sessions with clients, providing guidance and support tailored to their individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients who seek help for various emotional and mental health challenges. All clients are carefully screened to ensure they meet the appropriate criteria for our services. This position focuses on fostering long-term mental wellness through ongoing support, guidance, and empathetic listening.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses are accepted.

Preferred Experience

Strong interpersonal skill sets and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices will be advantageous. Proficiency in digital platforms and a willingness to embrace technology in therapeutic practices are also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on experience. In addition to a robust salary, full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. We prioritize the work-life balance of our team members, providing 100% remote work flexibility and a supportive environment. Counselors will have access to our telehealth services for personal use, ensuring ongoing well-being.
