This position operates entirely within a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes while connecting with clients from all across Franklin, Tennessee, and beyond. Our flexible work model promotes a healthy work-life balance, with defined working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations for clients, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.
• Offer individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate actively with clients to help them achieve their therapeutic milestones, employing motivational interviewing and other client-centered techniques.
• Utilize secured telehealth platforms to conduct sessions that cater to clients' needs, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation of all sessions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in emerging mental health trends.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population of adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stressors related to life transitions. By focusing on low-acuity clients, you can effectively contribute to their mental well-being while ensuring high-quality and consistent support.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential for this position.

• Experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards is preferred.
