• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by gathering information through interviews, tests, and analysis of patient history to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate positive behavioral changes in patients.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation adhering to legal and agency requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners, contributing to integrated care planning for our patients.

You will primarily support a diverse client population struggling with substance use disorders, along with associated mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
