Job Title: Commercial Electrical Foreman Electrical Field Foreman โ€“ Lead Commercial Power and Control Installations

Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $41 to $65 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Fully Travelling Role

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Commercial / Ground Up

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driverโ€™s License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial electrical and control projects. This role allows you to mentor the next generation of electricians while ensuring high-quality installations for a company that values your individual contribution. You will have the autonomy to manage crews and the support of a leadership team that knows you by name.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise and mentor field crews of 8-15 electrical professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.

  • Manage the daily execution of field work in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.

  • Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budgets.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports and safety meetings to ensure project transparency.

  • Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards.

  • Act as the primary field representative for the company values of service, trust, care, and ownership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial electrical field.

  • Proven ability to lead large crews and execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

  • Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.
