Harmony Minds Therapy Center is looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to provide trauma-informed care to individuals navigating the complex journey of mental health recovery. You will play a critical role in promoting healing and resilience through evidenced-based therapies.

At Harmony Minds Therapy Center, we are devoted to creating a sanctuary for trauma survivors seeking mental health services. Our outpatient telehealth facility specializes in treating a variety of trauma-related conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. We pride ourselves on fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing, where each patient is treated with the utmost compassion and respect.

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high standards of care. Our team employs telehealth platforms to provide individual and group therapy, ensuring that our therapists can connect meaningfully with patients in the comfort of their own surroundings. While our core work hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may be required to adjust your schedule based on patient needs, reflecting our commitment to accessible mental health care.

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, addressing the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping mechanisms, and fostering resilience.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for patients.
• Provide crisis interventions when necessary, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma, coping skills, and community resources, empowering them to become active participants in their healing process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and participate in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay current with the latest research, strategies, and ethical guidelines in trauma therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Your work will specifically focus on patients who have experienced trauma, requiring a deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and resilience-building approaches. This role is crucial in assisting individuals who have encountered significant psychological challenges, empowering them to reclaim control over their lives and fostering a path to recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating competence in delivering trauma-informed therapies.
• In-depth knowledge of various trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities is vital for successful patient outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and demonstrate a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technological tools to enhance clinical practice.
• A collaborative spirit is crucial, as you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Experience employing trauma-focused therapies is highly desirable, particularly in a telehealth setting. Familiarity with strategies to manage complex trauma and dissociative disorders will further enhance your contributions to our patients' recoveries.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
