How you'll make an impact in this role

Facilitate contracts and sourcing strategies that support enterprise-wide Information Technology (IT) initiatives.

  • Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions with IT suppliers to mitigate risk and deliver best-in-class value for participants, ensuring alignment with technical and operational needs.
  • Conduct analyses of sourcing data, technology market trends, licensing models, and benchmarking information to develop sourcing strategies that align with IT goals and industry standards.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, including software, hardware, services, and cloud-based solutions. Ensure amendments, renewals, and modifications comply with organizational policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular updates on IT strategies, supplier relationship management efforts, and key performance metrics, emphasizing progress in areas such as cost optimization, innovation, risk mitigation, and service performance.
  • Collaborate with other agents and IT stakeholders to validate vendor capabilities, technical compatibility, and support models. Ensure contract terms meet both operational and security standards.
  • Support risk mitigation by analyzing complex pricing structures, reviewing contractual obligations, and recommending revisions to protect organizational data.
  • Ensure IT sourcing strategies and supply chain processes are consistently applied, transparent, and defendable, while aligning with internal governance and external regulations.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
