This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy from a space where you feel comfortable and can focus on the well-being of your clients. You will interact with clients through our secure online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools designed specifically for mental health sessions. Our outpatient office framework emphasizes accessibility while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

• Conduct individualized remote therapy sessions with clients, using our dedicated online platform to create a safe and confidential environment.
• Assess client needs using structured interviews and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique challenges.
• Continually monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans when required to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date client records, ensuring they are compliant with legal and ethical standards necessary for mental health practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, including referrals and consultations.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in the provision of mental health services, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your therapeutic approach will be adaptable, addressing both the emotional and psychological needs of each individual. Through active listening and empathetic engagement, you will empower clients to explore their feelings and journey toward recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with comfort in using technology for remote sessions.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team dynamic is crucial for this role.

• Prior experience providing individual therapy is preferred, with demonstrated success in utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and tools, ensuring effectiveness in remote engagements with clients.
• A background in working with a diverse clientele from varying socio-economic and cultural backgrounds is beneficial.
