• Conduct therapeutic assessments and individual therapy sessions with clients via the online platform.
• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, therapeutic goals, and preferences.
• Continuously monitor client progress, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client feedback to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.
• Maintain awareness of emerging therapies and trends in mental health to inform your practice and enhance client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique circumstances and challenges. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will employ a person-centered approach that respects and responds to each client's background, preferences, and needs, ultimately contributing positively to their recovery journey.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure in Arizona as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.

• Previous experience in providing individual therapy sessions, particularly in a remote setting, is highly desirable.
• Comfort and proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy.
• Demonstrated understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and their practical application in client work.
