Run operations for a PE-backed, multi-product training platform and own how the business actually scales. VP of Operations

Location/Type: U.S. • Remote (50% travel)
Pay: $175,000 – $225,000 OTE
Schedule: Full-time

Own Customer Success, Ops, and Back Office.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead ops, Customer Success, and back office teams end-to-end
  • Standardize processes across teams and vendors
  • Drive automation (AI tools, fewer manual tasks)
  • Improve CSAT, retention, call performance
  • Own vendor performance (fulfillment, printing, tech)
  • Build KPI scorecards and operating cadence
  • Integrate acquisitions into one operating system
Must-Haves
