• Deliver therapeutic services directly to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in a virtual office setting and through community outreach.
• Conduct initial assessments and monitor progress, adapting treatment strategies to ensure effectiveness and align with client goals.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to create individualized care plans, ensuring that their treatment options are clear and encompass a variety of services.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and healing.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
