• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, employing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans, setting clear goals and monitoring progress to ensure efficacy in interventions.
• Provide expert counseling tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families facing various life challenges, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage clients collaboratively to not only craft personalized service plans but also connect them with critical community resources.
• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to address acute situations.
• Network effectively with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate for clients’ needs.
• Lead community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about available services, aligning efforts with overall agency goals.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training that support collective professional growth.

The LCSW will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families grappling with mental health issues, trauma, and socio-economic difficulties.
