• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools and personalized interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when clients experience acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their condition.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessment results, treatment progress, and modifications to treatment plans, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, effective treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey.
• Commit to continuous professional growth by attending workshops, staying abreast of best practices, and participating in relevant training opportunities.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses. Our clients seek support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate these challenges and promote significant personal growth.

• Must hold a valid mental health license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is requisite.
• Possess strong clinical assessment capabilities and a sound understanding of diagnostic criteria.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a cohesive team.
• A strong alignment with maintaining ethical practices and professional standards in all interactions.

• Experience in a clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement techniques will be advantageous.
• Training in multiple therapeutic modalities is viewed favorably.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
