Work Environment

This role provides a fully remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule with standard hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. As part of our outpatient office structure, you'll collaborate virtually with a team of experienced professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health counselors, ensuring comprehensive care integration. We utilize advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate efficient patient management and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized video-based therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet clients' distinct needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing EMR-integrated tools to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care effectively and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Provide psychoeducation, coping strategies, and support to clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, with at least one year of active practice under your licensure.
  • Proficiency in CBT and familiarity with other treatment modalities is essential.
  • Comfort and effectiveness in building rapport with a wide variety of clients, emphasizing cultural competence and empathy.
Preferred Experience
