This role provides a fully remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule with standard hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. As part of our outpatient office structure, you'll collaborate virtually with a team of experienced professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health counselors, ensuring comprehensive care integration. We utilize advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate efficient patient management and progress tracking.

• Deliver individualized video-based therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet clients' distinct needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing EMR-integrated tools to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care effectively and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation, coping strategies, and support to clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural identities. You will support clients through challenges that affect their mental health and overall quality of life. This position requires a sensitive approach to care that respects individual circumstances and promotes inclusive practices.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, with at least one year of active practice under your licensure.
• Proficiency in CBT and familiarity with other treatment modalities is essential.
• Comfort and effectiveness in building rapport with a wide variety of clients, emphasizing cultural competence and empathy.

• Additional experience in teletherapy, particularly with utilizing digital tools and platforms to enhance clinical practice.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, specifically using EMR systems for tracking client progress.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development through relevant workshops, certifications, or continued education in mental health.
