This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of an outpatient office dedicated to outpatient mental health care. You will join our compassionate team of licensed therapists and counselors who utilize evidence-based practices within a robust telehealth framework. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate client mental health issues effectively. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific circumstances, challenges, and goals of each client.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions where you will employ evidence-based strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients work through their concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of clients' needs are met.
• Engage with clients' families to promote understanding, support, and active involvement in the therapeutic process, thus enhancing recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in record-keeping, confidentiality, and reporting.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and their families. Our clients come from varying socio-economic statuses and cultural backgrounds, requiring our counselors to demonstrate cultural competence and adaptability in their therapeutic approaches. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in assisting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• A valid license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates holding advanced degrees.
• Demonstrated ability to implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities for different mental health issues.
• Strong therapeutic skills that foster client engagement, motivation, and trust throughout the treatment process.
• Exceptional communication skills to enable seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders within the mental health community.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally appropriate treatment practices.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and a clear understanding of best practices in remote therapy.
• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary team collaboration to provide holistic client care.
