Position Summary

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships that drive long-term growth for Push Button Creative Audio. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and expanding partnerships with advertising agencies, media organizations, marketing firms, franchise groups, industry associations, and other complementary businesses that can benefit from our audio expertise.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who understands how to create mutually beneficial partnerships, uncover collaborative opportunities, and establish Push Button as a valuable resource within the marketing, advertising, and media ecosystem.

This position requires little to no travel and can be performed primarily through phone, email, video meetings, and online networking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities that generate revenue and brand visibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal brand marketing departments, advertising agencies, marketing firms, media companies, franchise organizations, and complementary service providers
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
  • Represent Push Button Creative Audio in industry organizations, networking groups, and online communities
  • Collaborate with internal creative and leadership teams to develop partnership initiatives and growth strategies
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of partnership opportunities and ongoing relationship activities
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing, cross-promotion, and joint business development efforts
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and collaborative initiatives
  • Meet and exceed partnership development and revenue growth goals
     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, account management, advertising, media, marketing services, or related fields
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable conducting phone calls, virtual meetings, and presentations
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Experience in media, advertising, radio, podcasting, or creative services
  • Existing professional relationships within marketing, advertising, media, franchise, or agency communities are beneficial but not required
