Imperia Counseling is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote role based in Salem, Oregon. This remote position supports our collaborative team working diligently to provide care and resources to families across the Salem area. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of young children to determine eligibility and needs for early intervention services.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working closely with parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and report on outcomes, maintaining a data-driven perspective to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Support families with precise guidance, resources, and strategies aimed at enhancing their child's developmental growth.
• Build rapport with children, families, and multi-disciplinary team members to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment methodologies to inform your approach in providing direct support.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding service provision and maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.

You will primarily work with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who display developmental delays or disabilities. By providing evaluations and tailored services, our LCSWs play a pivotal role in ensuring that these children gain essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills that typically develop during the first three years of life. A strong emphasis is placed on family engagement, ensuring that parents and caregivers are integral to the planning and execution of services.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits and community outreach.
• Proficient in adapting therapeutic techniques to cater to individual learning styles.
• A commitment to and experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices and family-centered approaches.

• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
